The new Cityflo Flexi Pass is made for you
Until today, our Flexi Pass offered seat selection, savings, refundable cancellations and rescheduling to a different timing on the same day. Over the past few months, we've been talking to customers and going over their feedback, only to realise our Flexi Pass needed to be even more flexible.
Our customers' schedules call for ultimate flexibility — some have hybrid work patterns, some have flexible daily schedules, some aren't sure what office they'd be travelling to until a day prior, some others need to account for last minute meetings.
The new Flexi Pass for regular and hybrid commuters
The new pass upgrades its flexibility by introducing:
1. Pre-select weekdays,
2. Rescheduling to another day, and
3. Preferred seat selection
to meet all your dynamic commute plans.
Starting mid-September, this new pass will progressively be made available for all users. Let’s take a look at what’s coming your way!
Travel 2 or 3 days a week? Book only on days you travel with our new calendar view
With the new Flexi Pass, you can easily pre-book rides only for chosen days, using the calendar view. That way you don't have to worry about forgetting to cancel rides (and incur the ride fare) when you WFH.
Pro-tip: If you decide to travel on a day you haven't pre-selected, don't worry. You can book a single ride for that day anytime, at Flexi Pass fares!
Change in travel plans? Reschedule rides to a different date effortlessly
We understand that plans change — a client-side meeting pops up so you need to travel to a different office, or an impromptu vacation with the gang works out!
The new pass lets you reschedule rides to any other day for free. You can always cancel the rides at no cost too, if you wish.
Your preferred seat is our promise
Consider the case of Swati — an expectant mother, who loves the comfort of the first row for easy boarding and alighting. Sometimes, at the time of her Flexi Pass renewal, she finds the row already booked for the next couple of days. Until now, Swati would've had to settle for a seat in a different row for the entire month.
With the new Flexi Pass, if a seat is available for most days, it’ll be open for pass booking. For the 2 or 3 days that it's taken, we'll assign you the next closest seat automatically.

Perfect for daily travellers: The Super Saver Pass
In case you didn't know already, our Super Saver Pass offering makes daily office commutes a breeze for regular travellers, at the lowest fares. With higher commitment (travelling with Cityflo for all 5 days a week), come higher discounts.
Enjoy discounts of up to 25% throughout the month. With rides starting at just ₹159/ride, this means savings of around ₹3600 with a round-trip monthly pass.
